These Terms govern your use of rapidservicesnc.com and the services provided by Rapid Services of NC LLC ("Rapid," "we," "us"). By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Rapid provides property cleanouts, junk removal, hauling, handyman, and related home services in the North Carolina Triad. Services are performed by Rapid and its vetted independent contractors.

Quotes & estimates

• Quotes provided from your photos and description are good-faith estimates, not final contracts.
• Final pricing is confirmed based on actual volume, access, and job conditions, and you'll approve the price before work begins.
• Estimates are valid for a reasonable period and may change if the scope differs from what was described.

Scheduling, payment & cancellation

• Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement; we'll do our best to accommodate your timeframe.
• Payment is due as agreed at or after completion, unless other terms (such as Net 30 for commercial accounts) are arranged in writing.
• Please give us reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to request removal or work on the items and property involved, and that hazardous materials (as noted at quote time) are excluded unless separately arranged.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
